Sandra Arispe has worked at this Commonwealth Title of Houston office since 2004. She brings previous experience in escrow/title services since 2002. She effectively processes all title orders from opening title and receipting funds to providing title commitments to our clients and lenders.
Ms. Arispe deals directly with Realtors, homeowners associations, survey companies, lenders and clients. She is tasked with curing defects in title as they may appear in a title commitment and assisting the appropriate Escrow Officer in clearing these defects.
